SUMMARY:Livestake Crawford Branch @ Memorial Park
DESCRIPTION:Natural Resource students at Franklin High School will help livestake a newly restored section of Crawford Branch at Memorial Park. This much needed restoration is a joint partnership with the LTLT\, Town of Franklin\, US Fish& Wildlife Service\, Macon County\, Duke Energy\, and the Tennessee Valley Authority. Students will see a newly reconstructed streambank and learn about the importance or sediment and erosion control measures\, while planting the very trees that will protect the streambank for years to come.
